These member firms work together on a cooperative basis to help both the client company and the insurance professional to solve their staffing and employment needs.

 

 

Independent Insurance Agents of Houston

The Hill Group L.P. has been affiliated with the Houston Chapter of the Independent Agents since it’s inception. We have been on various committees serving the local area over the past several years. Committees have included the Young Agents Committee, The Education Committee, The Little ‘i’ Golf tournaments, The Big I Golf Tournaments, The Charitable Committee and The Houston Insurance Day.

HIPC was chartered in 1990 by independent personnel consultants who sought to better serve their clients and candidates.  Its goal is to remain current on employment and personnel industry standards, enhance networking techniques among members, and give back to the community through charitable activities.  All members of HIPC agree to a strict code of ethics. HIPC members are involved in permanent, contract, and temporary placements serving businesses large and small in the Houston area.
